No. The Counter is open — no membership required. You can order à la carte anytime with curated catalog access and a complimentary first mockup.
What does “Custom” pricing mean?
Member, Partner, and House Account are priced to your program. The live site does not publish fixed dollar amounts; we design credits and fees around your calendar and volume.
What’s included in banked merch credits?
Member and above include banked merch credits + bonus. Exact credit amounts are set when we build your membership.
Can I add The Kudos Program later?
Yes. Kudos can be added to any collective membership — peer-to-peer recognition redeemed in goods, milestone awards, branded cards, and quarterly reporting.
How do I get a House Account?
House Accounts are by invitation and include everything in Partner plus warehousing & fulfillment, your own branded online store, multi-location coordination, team & new-hire kitting, and an annual merch strategy review. Request an invitation below.
